We take every precaution to prevent damage. In case of any incident, we follow a formal claims process as per our insurance policy. Additional coverage is available.
Can I reschedule my move?
Yes. You can reschedule with reasonable notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm new dates and avoid potential rescheduling fees.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend someone be present at the origin and destination to confirm access, sign off on inventory, and provide instructions. If not possible, arrangements must be made in advance.
